Pacific Dry Goods, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

Shipping and Processing Fees
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

Return Policy

For over 25 years we have offered a select range of exemplary products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit.

Damaged Returns - 30 day return policy from the day the merchandise shipped.
Non-Damaged Returns - 7 day return policy from the day of receiving merchandise.

How to Return an Item:
To begin the process of returning or exchanging an item, please send an email to contact@pacificdrygoods.com, or you can also call us at 1-877-367-8695 between the hours of 9am-5pm, M-F, PST. And request a return authorization number.

*Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

*Return Authorization numbers are valid for 15 business days. If merchandise is not received within the 15 business days, the RA number will expire and cannot be re-issued.

*Please write the return authorization number outside the box.

*Returns will not be accepted if our Return Authorization number is not clearly written on the outside of the box.

Please include a copy of your original invoice, and a letter indicating the reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement or merchandise or return. Place the documents in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to keep copies for your records.

If you do not have your original invoice, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:
